    Digital Commercial & Revenue Growth Lead

    Role Summary:

    • Owns total online revenue, growth strategy, and team performance.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Own total ecommerce revenue
    • Define growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention
    • Align marketing, operations, and tech
    • Manage budgets (ads, tools, campaigns)
    • Build and scale team capabilities·

    KPIs:

    • Total online revenue growth
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Conversion rate
