About the Role

- This is not a coordinator role.

What You’ll Own
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness through customer acquisition and retention.
- Partner closely with leadership and sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Build, mentor, and manage internal marketing resources and external contractors.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management
Lead and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads
- SEO
- Email Marketing
- Outbound Campaigns
- Partnerships & Collaborations
You will:
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Oversee messaging, positioning, and creative direction.
- Ensure consistent branding across every customer touchpoint.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Launch campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline.
- Build scalable lead-generation systems.
- Improve landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Execute A/B testing across ads, emails, landing pages, and messaging.
- Collaborate with content, design, sales, and technical teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Continuously test new acquisition channels and marketing strategies.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Track and optimize key marketing metrics, including:
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Marketing ROI
- Website Traffic
- Conversion Rates
- Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion
You will:
- Build dashboards and executive reports.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Make data-driven decisions that improve marketing performance.

Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing leadership.
Experience leading marketing initiatives in roles such as:
- Digital Marketing Manager
- Senior Marketing Manager
