Execution Coordinator at Sheer Logic

About the Role

• As an Execution Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting event execution, ensuring seamless delivery of marketing and merchandising initiatives.
• This role focuses on administration, reporting, and on-ground coordination of brand activities within the evolving FMCG trade environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collate and track upcoming events from online platforms and internal sales teams for review and approval
• Monitor event sales and ensure accurate reporting through DMS and other systems
• Coordinate with agencies and attend site visits (recce) to ensure proper event setup and brand visibility
• Compile post-event reports and provide insights on performance, competition, and market trends
• Build strong relationships with event organizers through regular communication and support
• Maintain weekly records of activities and flag underperformance for timely resolution
• Support execution of marketing and merchandising plans aligned with business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or related field
• Approximately 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role
• Experience in event execution or experiential marketing is an added advantage
