    Food Scientist-55K

    Job Purpose

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new food products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The role supports innovation, product consistency, and regulatory adherence within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and test new food products, formulations, and processes.
    • Maintain existing products in terms of taste, quality, texture and shelf life,
    • Conduct laboratory analysis and trials to ensure product safety and compliance.
    • Ensure adherence to local and international food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
    • Work closely with production teams to scale up formulations from lab to factory level.
    • Monitor raw materials and finished products for quality consistency & cost efficiency
    • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and product specifications.
    • Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with relevant authorities.
    • Investigate and resolve product quality issues or customer complaints.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and Finance.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
    • Background in flour industry is a definite added advantage
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing
    • Knowledge of food safety systems such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP.
    • Experience in product development and quality control processes.
    • Basic baking/ frying skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in laboratory techniques and food testing methods.

    Real Estate Sales Representatives

    Job Description

    Lead Generation & Conversion

    • Engage prospects generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
    • Qualify leads through needs assessment, budget evaluation, and investment profiling. Maintain accurate and timely records in the Customer Management System

    Market Research& Intelligence

    • Conduct market research to maintain updated knowledge of property inventory, competitor offerings, market pricing, and buyers’ trends.
    • Adjust sales strategies proactively to maintain project competitiveness.

    Client Engagement& Relationship Management

    • Conduct site tours, virtual walkthroughs, and one-on-one presentations tailored to client needs. Provide professional advice on property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential.
    • Handle client inquiries and objections with confidence and product mastery. Deliver excellent customer service to drive sales conversions.

    Sales Progress Monitoring& Reporting

    • Regularly track sales progress and evaluate performance and prepare detailed sales reports for senior management. Provide weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and insights to the Head of Sales.

    Deal Closure& Contract Management

    • Guide clients through the reservation, deposit, and sales or lease agreement process. Coordinate with legal, finance, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth documentation and client onboarding.
    • Achieve or exceed individual monthly/quarterly sales targets.

    Channel Development and Management

    • Support the marketing team in developing and maintaining diverse sales pipelines. Collaborate with brokers, agencies, and partners to maximize channel effectiveness. Attend open days, exhibitions, Expos, and investment forums to promote company’s brand and products.

    Minimum Qualification

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Real Estate.
    • Minimum of 2(Two) years’ sales experience in real estate sector or property trading, particularly B2C high-value sales.
    • Resourceful in developing new customer leads and convert prospects to done-deal customers.
    • Proven ability to meet& exceed sales targets consistently, and team management.
    • Experience working with diaspora clients or high-net-worth individuals.
    • Highly adaptable and effective under pressure, delivering results through excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Kiswahili) are advantage.
    • Competent in MS Office, and digital communication tools (Zoom, WhatsApp etc.).

    Execution Coordinator

    About the Role

    • As an Execution Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting event execution, ensuring seamless delivery of marketing and merchandising initiatives.
    • This role focuses on administration, reporting, and on-ground coordination of brand activities within the evolving FMCG trade environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collate and track upcoming events from online platforms and internal sales teams for review and approval
    • Monitor event sales and ensure accurate reporting through DMS and other systems
    • Coordinate with agencies and attend site visits (recce) to ensure proper event setup and brand visibility
    • Compile post-event reports and provide insights on performance, competition, and market trends
    • Build strong relationships with event organizers through regular communication and support
    • Maintain weekly records of activities and flag underperformance for timely resolution

    Customer Support Engineer(Telecommunications) – 40k

    Duration:

    • 6 months (Renewable)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level troubleshooting and remote technical support.
    • Manage customer tickets from acknowledgment to closure, ensuring SLA compliance.
    • Handle customer communications on fault resolution, service inquiries, and network changes.
    • Proactively monitor services and notify customers of issues.
    • Liaise with internal teams for timely updates and accurate ticket information.
    • Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
    • Maintain customer contact databases and manage communication during major faults.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
