Experiment Officer at Triggerise (Tiko)

The Job

• The Experiment Officer is responsible for testing new ideas in Tiko markets by implementing prototypes and experiments, measuring the effectiveness through data and reporting on learnings to shape the next iteration of the experiment. .  
• Working closely with local partners you have identified, you will test new ideas and implement short-term, experimental projects.
• You can quickly identify if an area of a project is failing and are able to implement any necessary changes in order to make it a success.
• You have a user-centric approach throughout projects,and can measure, test, and report on the experience of our users.

About You

You have an agile mindset and embrace experimentation approaches. You continuously think from a user-centered approach and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to implement new innovation projects at Triggerise. 

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Masters degree in a similar or relevant field is advantageous 
• You are familiar with working in an agile environment, and can adapt to change quickly and positively.
• You are located in, or willing to travel frequently to Machakos County.
