Field Service Specialist - USS at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service electronic security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Barriers, Bollards, Electric Fences, PAVA, BMS, IPBAX, Intercom Gates, and Fire Alarm Systems. Respond promptly to client support calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve system or application faults within set timelines.
• Complete job cards for all completed assignments, documenting work done and reporting upgrade requirements to supervisors and clients.
• Educate and train clients on the proper operation of their installed security systems.
• Handle technical complaints professionally, escalate complex issues to management, and maintain the security and cleanliness of client premises during service.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical field with proven technician experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the electronics field.
• Strong working knowledge of security-driven technology solutions, general maintenance processes, and technical tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Fire Alarm and BMS system installation, programming, and maintenance is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
