The sales representative will work with the sales team to perform a number of functions to execute daily business functions and responsibilities such as selling land and properties among other duties

Salary Kshs.20,000 retainer plus commission.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & closing in on project sales
2. Accompanying clients for site visits and inspections
3. Follow up on leads assigned to you by your supervisor
4. Ensure you keep up to date with current real estate market trends by undertaking market intelligence and advising the company
5. Ensure clients sign their offer letters & sales agreement on time
6. Ensure monthly sales targets without fail

Qualifications

1. Degree/Diploma in Real Estate Management
2. Passion for real estate
3. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to communicate clearly
4. Assist the Real Estate team with market research and in the deal-making process
5. Experience in real estate.
