Client Greeting: Welcome clients as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Check clients in for their appointments and offer refreshments if appropriate.
Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using spa management software. Ensure the appointment book is efficiently managed and that clients are scheduled with the appropriate therapist or technician.
Digital Marketing/social media management; The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our online presence across various social media platforms, driving engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
Phone and Email Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, answering inquiries about services, pricing, and availability. Provide information on spa treatments and products.
Sales and Product Recommendations: Assist clients in purchasing spa products and gift certificates. Upsell treatments and services where appropriate tenhance the client experience.
Payment Processing: Manage client transactions, including processing payments, handling cash, and ensuring accurate billing.
Client Records: Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Spa Environment: Ensure the reception area and lounge are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items (e.g., brochures, magazines, refreshments).
Client Satisfaction: Follow up with clients after their visits tgather feedback and address any concerns. Assist in managing client complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, technicians, and other spa staff tensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
Promotional Activities: Assist with the promotion of spa services, special offers, and events tclients both in-person and through digital communications.
Qualifications:
Education: at least a diploma in business administration or front office. Additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, especially in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment, is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spa management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention tdetail.
Ability tmultitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
