General Manager at Summit Recruitment and Search

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and implementation of production plans and new manufacturing initiatives including receiving sales forecasts, requisition for procurement of raw materials, manufacturing of products and applying good manufacturing principles.
• Oversee all operations within the manufacturing, production area, operations and logistics are properly staffed and co-ordinated to perform duties effectively.
• Oversee smooth running of sales, accounts, Hr &Legal as well as dispatch departments.
• Ensure the stock, production, sales and accounts reports are submitted to him as well as submit them to the CEO/Director.
• Hold monthly management meeting to discuss sales and collection, overall expense and review as well as iron out problems faces and progress made.
• Oversee smooth running of sales, accounts, Hr &Legal and Dispatch departments.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience as a general manager the Manufacturing sector.
• Must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Have basic account knowledge.
• Strong leadership skills and have the ability to co ordinate internal and external teams
• Good planning and communication skills
• Capable of working on their own and delivering tight deadline
• Flexible as the role will require frequent travel.
