Key Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management
• 5-7 years' housekeeping operations experience, 2-3 in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, safety & inventory control
• Budget management experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping planning to maintain cleanliness standards
• Recruit, train and supervise the housekeeping/laundry team
• Manage departmental budget, linen & supplies inventory
• Coordinate with Front Office & Maintenance
• Monitor KPIs and compliance
