Head of Sales and Marketing

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
- 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the clean energy sector in Kenya.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management, business development, and marketing management.
- Experience in developing sales strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in last-mile distribution.
- Expertise in utilizing big data analysis to extract valuable insights from customer environments, strategically optimizing sales opportunities, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- People Oriented leadership style.
- CRM Expert.
