    Head of Sales (Country Manager)

    Job Purpose

    • To drive overall sales performance, profitability, and market growth across all branches.
    • The role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading branch teams, optimizing stock movement, and ensuring operational excellence in line with the company’s vision.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in retail sales management (fashion industry preferred).
    • Proven track record in managing multiple branches or regions.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

    • Develop and implement countrywide sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    Branch Performance Management.

    • Oversee performance of all branches and ensure alignment with company goals.

    Team Leadership & Development.

    • Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams.

    Inventory & Stock Management.

    • Ensure optimal stock levels across all branches.

    Customer Experience & Brand Growth.

    • Ensure excellent customer service standards across all branches.

    Financial Management.

    • Monitor sales performance against budgets and forecasts.

    Reporting & Communication

    • Prepare and present sales performance reports to directors.

    Compliance & Operations.

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Sales growth (monthly, quarterly, annually)
    • Branch performance improvement
    • Stock turnover rate
    • Reduction in aged stock
    • Customer satisfaction scores
    • Staff productivity and retention
    • Profit margins
