About the job
1. Degree in Human Resources of Relevant Course
2. 3 Years experience as a HR Generalist
3. Excellent knowledge on Kenyan Labour Laws
4. Experience in working in a factory set up- handling blue-collar labour-intensive experience
5. Experience in dealing with flexible labour needs
6. Must have experience with CBA
7. Must be a member of IHRM
8. Excellent Analytical Skills
9. Managed over 100 employees
