    Human Resources Manager

    Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:

    • Lead the Human Resources function, ensuring smooth operations and consistent delivery across all HR disciplines.
    • Champion a positive work culture by enhancing both the employee and guest experience, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues with care.
    • Design and implement strategic HR plans that align with hotel goals, driving measurable results in performance and engagement.
    • Partner with leadership to manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and development to performance management and succession planning.
    • Oversee the HR budget and training initiatives, ensuring optimal investment in team growth and operational excellence.
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and business partners to support organizational objectives.
    • Analyze and optimize HR practices including staffing, compensation, learning and development, and career progression—delivering value to individuals and the business.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices, maintaining robust documentation and audit-readiness at all times.

    Requirements of the Human Resources Manager:

    • Proven experience in a Human Resources leadership role, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
    • A hands-on leader who leads by example, inspires others, and drives results through collaboration.
    • Passionate about hospitality, with a deep commitment to delivering outstanding employee and guest experiences.
    • Creative and solution-oriented, with the confidence to advise and recommend improvements that add value.
    • High level of personal integrity and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced, excellence-driven environment.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR systems and digital tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
