About the job.

• Recruit, training  and development of staff
• Ensuring that staff get paid correctly and on time
• Pension and Benefit administration
• Organizing staff training 
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Advising line managers and other employees on labor laws and employers own  employment policies and procedures
• Ensuring the candidates have the right to work at  the organization
• Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff
• Any other business assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements.

• Experience in the human resources department
• Experience of not less than 3 years
• Willingness to work in Kisumu
• Diploma in Human resources or Degree in social sciences with relevant experience.
