    Implementation Consultant

    We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new Professional Employer Organization (PEO) clients. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in their respective functional area, providing strategic guidance to clients and coordinating cross-functional implementation efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Implementation Leadership:

    • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new PEO clients, ensuring an efficient and seamless transition.
    • Collaborate with clients to assess their unique business needs and configure PEO solutions accordingly.
    • Guide clients through system setup, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance adherence.

    Cross-Functional Coordination:

    • Work closely with internal teams—including HR, finance, and compliance—to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
    • Facilitate integration between client processes and PEO solutions, aligning implementation efforts with client objectives.

    Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing seminars to optimize client understanding and usage of PEO solutions.
    • Gather client feedback to enhance implementation strategies and improve service delivery.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or PEO implementation.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Experience in administrative operations, employee record management, and HR policy compliance.
    • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
    • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client implementations concurrently.
