Job Description

We are looking to grow our team and engage a highly motivated and passionate  IT Officer who will work closely with the team to drive and deliver on the Fairmont promise, turning moments into memories.

• Manage and administer Information system including all computers, servers, internet, e-mail server and local and wide area networks.
• Serve as a resource for other technicians and users in solving technical problems.
• Support the IT Manager in the implementation and maintenance of information systems, data processing systems and procedures

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel setup
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
• Good understanding of Networks LAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, Access points, Switches, Patch Panels
• Understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• PC Hardware support experience.
• Good Customer Facing Skills
