    JForce Regional Performance Manager - Jumia

    What is JForce: 

    JForce: a network of 150,000 sales consultants across 10 countries placing orders on Jumia on behalf of other people. On each order placed they earn a commission. 

    JForce channel objective is to overcome e-commerce main challenges of internet access, how to place an order online and trust. Therefore its a key acquisition marketing, customer acquisition and sales channels; representing c. 15% of Jumia Group performance. 

    Finally, JForce has the aim of empowering entrepreneurs and generating employment through the full support of Jumia established brand. 

    JForce Regional Performance Manager Jumia Group is in charge of driving the performance based on data across 10 countries. JForce Regional Performance Manager (Jumia Group) plays a key role in delivering exponential growth of JForce across countries through performance steering and by proposing key actions based on data. 

    Secondly, he/she is in charge of supporting the execution in countries through the local team by developing action oriented reports, routines and processes. 

    Finally to deliver on targets by co-working with local teams on communication and marketing plans.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Weekly deep dive in countries performance to understand what drives it
    • Recommend actions to deliver incremental growth and deliver on budget 
    • Drive day to day performance steering and management to deliver on targets 
    • Support execution of actions recommended, presenting it to the team and follow up execution 
    • Weekly reports
    • Plan T1 campaigns preparation and execution: bottom up, robust marketing plan, collect brand contribution, plan logistics. 

     Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong analytical skills 
    • Structured and well organized  
    • Good interpersonal skills to motivate and convince internal stakeholders on actions to take 
    • Resistant to stress 
    • Performance driven, action & result oriented
    • Proven track record of impact.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
