Key Account Manager Major Local Hotels & Hotel Groups at MSVL Group

Qualifications, Skills and Experience (Both Positions)

• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
• Proven track record in account acquisition, sales growth, and achieving targets.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel supplies, HORECA, FMCG, facilities management, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and independently manage key accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness, planning, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of the Kenyan market preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand accounts with independent hotels and locally managed hotel groups.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client visits, assess requirements, and recommend suitable hospitality products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, follow up on orders, and coordinate payment collections.
• Monitor sales pipelines, account performance, and customer retention.
