Lead UI/UX Designer at Nathan Digital

Nathan Digital is looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to drive our design strategy, user experience, and product innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Mentor – Oversee and guide the UI/UX team, fostering creativity and ensuring high design standards.
• Shape Design Strategy – Develop and implement innovative UI/UX strategies to enhance user experience across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate – Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• User Research – Conduct and oversee usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis to drive informed design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping – Create and review high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
•  Design System Management – Maintain and evolve the company’s design system for consistency across products.
•  Drive Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, implementing cutting-edge UI/UX solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of digital products.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing design teams.
• Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
