Local Human Resource Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 8 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
- Salary Range KSh 100,000 - KSh 150,000/month
- More than 8 years of work experience in HR;
- Possess a professional human resources knowledge system and be able to independently manage human resources;
- Be able to flexibly handle the relationship between employees and the company, train corporate culture, and promote company unity;
- It is best to have work experience in Chinese-funded enterprises (this is not required)
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Human resource management
- Knowledge and various tools of modern human resource development and management, and master system design methods and techniques such as human resource selection, salary, benefits, performance, incentives, and training.
- Knowledge to Manage the company’s employee relations, optimize the human resource environment, reduce labor-management risks, provide strategic employee relations guidance for business departments, optimize the company’s employee management system and establish a mechanism for coordinating company and employee relationships; responsible for company’s human resource information management and Staff file management
