    Manager- Learning & Development

     

    Description

     In line with enhancing career progression of staff and to support business growth, we seek to recruit qualified, experienced, self-driven, highly motivated and passionate candidate to serve in the role outlined below in Human Resource  Department.

    Reporting to the General Manager- Learning and Development, the manager will be responsible for managing and implementing a range of learning and Talent Management activities and projects.

    • Contributing to the identification of learning and development needs within the organization through the completion of  training needs analysis through competency assessment, Performance review output and feedback from managers and other staff.
    • Managing learning content to ensure regular update, curation of content and proper storage and access of all learning materials and documentation
    • Drafting and ensuring regular updating of  Learning policies and developing and updating  Talent Management tools and documents
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and learning & Development policies
    • Responsibility for monitoring and evaluating learning and organization development activities, managing the production of accurate and up-to-date data analysis.
    • Conduct research and support with learning and Talent Management projects as required
    • Ensuring that all of the information contained on the learning and development intranet is accurate, up-to-date and regularly maintained.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Industrial Psychology from a recognized university

    Competencies (Knowledge, skill, experiences)

    • At least 5 years experience managing  learning management and operations
    • People management
    • Demonstrable experience of data analysis and reporting
    • Project Management skills
    • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
    • Planning and organizing skills
    • Effective relationship building at all levels
    • Good stakeholder communication skills
    • Detailed oriented
    • Good team player and able to work within a diverse team
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail
    • Strong team player, able to work effectively with diverse client groups
