Marketing Coordinator at Summit Recruitment and Search

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and implement all marketing campaigns across the organization.
• Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign and report key findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with graphic designer, sales team, and external influencers, to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders.
• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presences that may be deemed relevant.
• Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
• Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
• Management of all marketing operations within the company.
• Explore new ways to engage our target clients.

Qualifications:

• Marketing experience in a SME cooperate organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.
• Proven ability to use both data to inform decisions.
• Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
