    Performance Analyst, Sovereign & Public Sector

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Business & Performance Analysis Performance Tracking:

    • Develop and manage performance dashboards for the public sector portfolio, tracking KPIs such as revenue growth, deposit mobilization, loan book expansion, and client acquisition. 
    • Data Analysis: Analyze trends, identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to the GM. 
    • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for the GM, leadership, and other stakeholders. 
    • Financial Modeling: Support the evaluation of public sector projects and initiatives by creating financial forecasts, risk models, and profitability analysis. 
    • Benchmarking: Compare the bank's public sector performance with competitors and industry standards to identify areas for improvement. 
    • Support Strategy Execution: Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other teams to ensure alignment with the department's strategic objectives.

    Personal Assistant (PA) to GM Diary Management

    • Manage the GM’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel plans. 
    • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare agendas, briefing documents, and presentations for internal and external meetings. 
    • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for the GM, managing correspondence, inquiries, and requests. 
    • Task Prioritization: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure the GM’s time is utilized efficiently. 
    • Action Tracking: Maintain a log of action points from meetings and follow up with relevant teams for implementation. 
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. 

    Stakeholder Management

    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Finance) and external stakeholders (e.g., government officials, institutional clients) to facilitate communication and resolve queries. Build and maintain relationships with key public sector clients to enhance collaboration and support strategic objectives.

    Strategic Decision 

    • Support Prepare briefing materials and presentations for the GM to support decision-making. 
    • Contribute to business development initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and proposing strategies for growth. 
    • Provide insights into client performance to support account planning and client relationship management.

    Technology and Process Improvement Leverage advanced tools to automate reporting and improve the accuracy of data analytics

    • Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance. 
    • Key Deliverables: Timely and accurate performance reports for the public sector and sovereign banking portfolio. 
    • Well-organized and efficient management of the GM’s schedule and priorities. 
    • Insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. 
    • Effective coordination of stakeholder communication and follow-ups. 
    • Contribution to business development and portfolio growth initiatives.

    Job Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
    • At least 3 years’ experience in Corporate Banking
    • Working experience as an Analyst
    • Working experience as a personal assistant
    • Good communication skills
