    Performance Management, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

    Job Description

    The Directorate of Strategy and Compliance requires Performance Management, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer KMR 6. This is the entry and training grade in this cadre. An officer at this level will work under guidance and supervision of a senior officer.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in drafting monitoring and evaluation frameworks and plans
    • Assist in developing regular Monitoring and Evaluation reports
    • Assist in developing operational research tools and data analysis
    • Collect and populate data into Monitoring and Evaluation data base and facilitate retrieval
    • Assisting in Writing and submitting reports on specific assignments;
    • Assisting in evaluating implementation of performance contract and compile reports
    • Monitor and evaluate implementation of strategic plan and Annual Work Plans;

    • Interpersonal skills     Added Advantage
    • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Project Planning and Management; Public Policy/Administration, Strategic Management, relevant science field or any other equivalent qualification from a recognised university     Mandatory
    • Proficiency in computer applications     Mandatory
    • Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.     Added Advantage
    • CRB Clerance Certificate     Added Advantage
    • Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commision Certificate     Added Advantage
    • Good Conduct Certificate     Added Advantage
    • HELB Clearance Certificate     Added Advantage
