Responsibilities:

• Asset Sales: Market and sell immovable assets, managing endtoend property sales processes.
• Land Management: Oversee land matters within Kajiado County, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conveyancing Expertise: Handle property transfer processes, managing conveyancing paperwork and legal documentation efficiently.
• Broker Network Management: Liaise and build relationships with brokers and other real estate agents to enhance property visibility and sales.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a database of potential buyers, leveraging networks to drive property sales.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to set competitive property prices, optimize sales, and maximize asset value.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Property Sales: Minimum of 3-5 years of property sales experience, specifically with immovable assets.
• InDepth knowledge of Land Matters: Demonstrable expertise in land laws, property processes, and local market dynamics within Kajiado County. Conveyancing Skills: Proficient in property transfers, documentation, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
