Property Executive- Ongata Rongai at Baron Capital Limited

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company-owned land to potential buyers, including individual investors, developers, and businesses.
• Develop and execute strategies to reach sales targets and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. 
• Provide clients with detailed information on available land parcels, pricing, zoning and potential development opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and leads. 
• Coordinate with the legal and documentation teams to ensure that all paperwork for sales transactions is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with other property and sales team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Address any concerns or questions from buyers during the sale process. 
• Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven at least 3 years experience in property sales, particularly land sales, or real estate.
• Strong understanding of the property market, particularly land transactions. 
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
