Re-advertisement: ICT Supervisor at Twyford Tile

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the overall management of the daily IT operation and maintenance of the offices and factories.
• Implement the information construction and project implementation of ceramic factories.
• Research hardware or software products to meet technical networking or security needs.
• Manage and resolve escalated support issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT support aligns with organizational goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems and technologies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to employees.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
• Other tasks assigned by the department HOD.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution. Atleast 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Master computer-related skills and knowledge, such as hardware device management, operating system, server, firewall, switch, AC, AP.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and rely feedback on time.
• High level of integrity.
• Self-motivated and can work under minimal supervision.
• Flexible work schedule (Monday-Saturday).
