RECEPTIONIST III JOB GROUP ‘K’ (NYACASB 9) – ONE (1) POST

 Duties and Responsibilities

• Manning the reception desk;
• Receiving and profiling ushering guests/ visitors;
• Guiding and directing visitors to designated offices and areas;
• Maintaining daily record of visitor’s details;
• Maintaining good ambience in the reception area;
• Responding to visitors’ queries;
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from to time.

Requirements for Appointment

• Show merits and ability to discharge customer care duties and demonstrate integrity and professional competence
• KCSE mean grade C- (minus)
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Meets the requirements of Leadership and Integrity set out in Chapter six of Kenyan Constitution
