Duties and responsibilities

• Filing of all documents in the Records Section
• Receiving all loan application forms and entering them in the loan register sequentially.
• Maintaining of registry and archives.
• Custodian of registry keys and ensuing that all members’ documents are safe
• Custodian of SACCO registers
• Ensuring quality filing system
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the superiors

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (C) Plain
• Diploma in Records Management, Information Management, Information Science, Library Science or equivalent.
• Age 30-40 years

Experience:

3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position
