Recruitment Project Support Intern at Gap Recruitment Services Limited

Role Purpose:

To support recruiters in the execution of recruitment projects by managing candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and administrative coordination, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of client assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and recruiter-client meetings.
• Track recruitment metrics (applications, shortlists, conversions).
• Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.

Collaboration Points:

• Work closely with recruiters to prioritize open roles and pipeline needs.
• Coordinate with recruitment coordinators on interview logistics and client updates.
• Share weekly progress summaries with recruiters and the wider team.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate pursuing a career in recruitment or HR.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn/job boards is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent team player.
