Sales Agent at Fincorp Credit Limited

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Agent will be responsible for actively seeking new sales opportunities, engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting FCL’s financial products and services. Daily tasks include attending client meetings, offering advisory services, processing loan applications, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience, particularly in the financial sector is an added advantage
• Knowledge of sales process
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or related fields are a plus
