    Sales Agent

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Logbook Loans Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for daily sales activities, including customer service, promoting and selling logbook loans.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Experience in sales and promoting financial products
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
    • Highly motivated and target-driven
    • Fluency in English and Swahili
    • Experience in the microfinance industry is a plus
    • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
