Role Description

• This full-time on-site role as a Sales Agent is based in Mombasa. The Sales Agent will identify and approach potential clients, explain Ngao Credit’s financial products, and guide clients through the application and approval processes. Daily tasks include following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and meeting set sales targets. The role also involves providing after-sales support, collaborating with team members, and participating in training sessions to stay informed about new products and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Basic understanding of Insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
• Ability to participate in and apply Training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills for managing client information.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and use of mobile technology.
• Previous experience in microfinance, banking, or related financial services is an added advantage.
