Sales and Admin Agent at Mywagepay Limited

We are looking for a Field Sales agent  to immediately join our team. The Field Sales agent will work with our team and will be expected to engage customers and close sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products to new potential and existing clients
• Prepare action plans and schedules to convert identified targets
• Aggressively and passionately work on their monthly targets.
• Prepare weekly status reports, including activity, closings, follow ups, and adhere to goals.  
• Train Customers on how to use our App and products
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• We prefer Diploma/Degree graduates,
• Must have previous experience working in fintechs, digital lending companies, or selling and managing loans.
• Must be residing in Nairobi, preferably Within Major Market Areas
• Applicant must be available and committed to the assignments
• Must be very responsible and of mature character
• Field sales experience preferred
