Sales and Marketing Manager ( Hotel) at Employd Staffing Solution

Salary Range : 60-80K .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Identify new business opportunities including corporate clients, travel agents, and group bookings.
• Drive room sales, conference bookings, and events business.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Oversee content creation for promotional materials and advertisements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients and agencies.
• Ensure high client satisfaction to drive repeat business. Lead and guide the sales and marketing team .
• Prepare regular reports on revenue, forecasts, and market trends.
• Collaborate with front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a sales and marketing manager in the hospitality industry .
• Proven track record of driving sales, bookings, and partnerships. Strong digital marketing skills .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
