Sales Associate at Summit Recruitment and Search

Requirements

• Building and developing relationships with clients.
• Offering personal shopping sales and services appointments i.e in person, by phone or video call if required by customers.
• Ensuring clients have an enjoyable and unique shopping experience, by delivering memorable moments to every customer.
• Executing in-store hospitality policies and using amenities to create unique experiences.
• Stock management, visual merchandising as well as placing orders for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Luxury Retail.
• Must be flexibility to work retail hours.
• Must have a high level of customer service and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• IT proficient on Point of Sales Systems, client tracking and emails.
• Proactivity and eye for detail, always focusing on improvement of processes.
• Be adaptable, resilient, as well as a good team player
