Sales Executive at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads via networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, email marketing, and industry events.
• Sell property management systems/software to landlords, property managers, real estate agencies, developers, and management companies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present system features, benefits, and overall value proposition.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients while understanding their property management challenges to recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Follow up on sales prospects, convert leads into paying customers, and track activity using CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to . management.
• Support clients during initial system adoption, provide post-sale relationship management, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Promote property management solutions across social media, email, websites, and digital marketing channels.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property management, property technology, or related industries.
