Sales Executive – Real Estate / Project Sales | Built-In Home Appliances at Nexus Staffing Solutions

Nexus Staffing Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a business specialising in built-in home appliances, including built-in cookers/hobs, ovens, chimneys/kitchen hoods and built-in refrigerators.

We are looking for a business-development-focused salesperson with proven experience selling into the real estate, construction, home appliances, kitchen/interior products or building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate and construction sector. 
• Research and identify upcoming residential and commercial property projects requiring built-in appliances. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers and procurement teams. 
• Generate new leads through market research, networking, referrals, direct prospecting and project tracking. 
• Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits and project presentations. 
• Present product catalogues, specifications, pricing and proposals to prospective clients. 
• Prepare quotations and follow up consistently until orders/LPOs are secured. 
• Negotiate with clients and close sales. 
• Develop and maintain a strong and well-managed project sales pipeline. 
• Follow up on existing leads and continuously identify new opportunities. 
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activity. 
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
• Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity and pipeline reports. 

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in: Real estate/project sales, Home appliances, Kitchen and interior products, Building materials  or Construction-related products or services 
• Demonstrable experience generating new business, not only handling walk-in customers. 
• Experience selling to or working with property developers, contractors, architects, interior designers or procurement teams will be a strong advantage. 
• Existing industry contacts/network will be highly advantageous. 
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills. 
• Ability to identify upcoming projects and convert opportunities into sales. 
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills. 
• Ability to conduct site visits and engage clients professionally. 
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline. 
• Commercially driven, self-motivated and target-oriented. 
• Proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals and sales reports.
