    Sales Lead, East Africa

    What You'll Be Responsible For

    • Driving customer acquisition and app adoption across East Africa.
    • Developing and executing regional sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
    • Growing transaction volumes, customer retention, and market share.
    • Leading and developing Sales & Operations Assistants and sales agents.
    • Managing customer reactivation and retention initiatives.
    • Building strong relationships within diaspora and local communities.
    • Using sales data and market insights to optimise performance and identify new opportunities.
    • Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to drive business success.
