    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies that drive new business and generate leads. Set and meet sales targets in alignment with company goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs and presenting tailored design solutions. Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and project proposals.
    • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the architectural and interior design industry, and pursue strategic leads to expand the company's client base. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional), including content creation, social media marketing, email campaigns, events, and advertising strategies.
    • Brand Management: Ensure the company's brand identity and messaging are consistent across all marketing materials, presentations, and digital platforms. Enhance the company's presence through public relations, media partnerships, and community engagement.
    • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Use this data to inform sales and marketing strategies and refine service offerings.
    • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, project proposals, and design pitches to potential clients and stakeholders. Ensure proposals are aligned with client needs and company capabilities.
    • Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage lead generation efforts, including networking, inbound inquiries, and outbound prospecting. Oversee the qualification of leads and work with the sales team to close deals.
    • Event Coordination: Plan and organize events such as design showcases, industry conferences, webinars, and client meetings to generate interest in the company's services.
