Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting: Conduct high-volume calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Multi-channel strategies: Execute campaigns across different platforms.
- Lead qualification: Assess prospects according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- CRM management: Update and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
- Target achievement: Meet activity and conversion goals.
- Coordination with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (SDR, outbound, call center).
- Proven experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo).
- Bilingual – Advanced English (B2+/C1), with minimal accent (mandatory).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment
