Software Development Trainer at Modcom Limited

We are looking for a Software Development Trainer who is full of creativity and innovation with a great passion in imparting technical concepts to students.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, prepare and deliver training according to the training plan.
2. Research and design the training material as per the course outline discussed with the Training head, prepare a complete teaching plan with the Training head.
3. Provide technical support for research and development initiatives and for the implementation of new technologies
4. Ensure that the course material is up to date..
5. Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
6. Support classroom culture and relationship building with studentsPrepare Exam Content and evaluate Students answer sheets
7. Make daily entry into the attendance sheets.
8. Maintain a proper class discipline and decorum.
9. Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems; participates in professional and personal development activities as appropriate.
10. Any other task assigned by the management as is within the scope of duty.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 1+ years experience of professional coding in languages used in the classroom such: HTML5/CSS/Bootstrap Framework/Python/SQL Databases. Android Apps Development: Java/Kotlin
2. Knowledge of Data Science & Machine Learning (Using Python & SQL)
3. Good understanding of Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking is an added advantage
4. Bachelor's degree in any software development related course
