Supply and Trading Manager at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, developing, and managing domestic and international supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted fuel supply
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with relevant industry stakeholders and counter parties to develop business opportunities
• Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
• Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
• Executing and developing analytical reports to assist in taking hedging and pricing decisions
• Gathering and reporting competitive intelligence on underlying supply and demand forces impacting the business both locally, regionally, and globally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of the supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
• Good leadership skills, business management, and interpersonal skills with an excellent track record of measurable results
• A highly organized and analytical mindset with the ability to manage by the numbers and problem-solve in a flexible environment
• Ability to form relationships and lead conversations with partners, vendors, clients, employees and other stakeholders
• The ability to turn aspirational goals into reality by pairing high-level thinking with strong execution
• Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
• At least 7 years’ experience with at least 3 years’ experience at a managerial level in oil trading.
