Waiter / Waitress

- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Nanyuki
- Job Field Food, Beverage and Hospitality
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to service standards.
- Ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
- Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear tables and prepare them for new guests.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Create innovative drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus.
- Ensure drinks are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
