The Associate - Learning and Development is responsible supporting the business growth through developing skills of the existing employees. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the Manager in executing relevant initiatives as per the required standards.
ROLE PROFILE

• Support the analysis of training needs for the different business unit based on the performance assessment and help develop a training strategy and calendar
• Develop reports on service providers corresponding to the company needs
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material
• Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
• Provide training and feedback to direct reportees when required
• Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Provide inputs when developing an Audit process for the performance of vendors
• Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• 0-2 years' experience in a similar position, experience within retail is preferred
• Good problem solving skills
• High attention to details
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
• Efficient communicator

ROLE PROFILE

• Proven experience in maximizing sales performance and managing customer transactions efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team resources to match customer flow and ensure service availability.
• Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and upskill teams to meet current and future business needs.
• Solid understanding of health and safety standards with the ability to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage customers, understand their preferences, and support retention strategies.
• In‑depth knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, shrinkage control, waste reduction, and promotion execution.
• Ability to analyze store performance data, understand key business metrics, and make commercially driven decisions.
• Experience in managing omnichannel retail operations, including order fulfillment, on‑time delivery, and alignment of online and offline customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Master’s Degree preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a retail business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven capability to guide and develop teams.
• Analytical and pragmatic problem‑solving skills with strong decision‑making capability.
• Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
