    Senior Frontend Engineer

    Job Purpose 

    • We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong background in technical design, building and maintaining high-quality web applications.
    • Your responsibilities will include making frontend technology decisions, implementing and maintaining frontend systems such as admin dashboards and web portals, and ensuring high performance and usability. You will work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a high-quality user experience.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, aesthetic and efficient web applications using modern frontend technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular
    • Write clean, modular, and testable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
    • Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
    • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
    • Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve frontend development processes and tools
    • Document and report on all frontend engineering work and findings

    Experience Required 

    • Have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • You know the Material design system and how to implement user interfaces following it.
    • Experience building frontend applications using TDD approach.
    • Experience building aesthetic and complex web applications using modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, and Angular and their corresponding material design frameworks/ libraries.
    • Having experience building high-quality admin dashboards using modern frontend libraries.
    • Have experience with state management in front-end implementation.
    • Have experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress.
    • Have experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack or Rollup.
    • Have experience with version control and CI/CD systems such as Git, and Github actions.
    • Have a good understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to work closely with designers.
    • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Are self-directed, results-driven and able to work independently. You have strong decision-making, time management and communication skills.

    Sales Manager

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), while also managing their own accounts. This role involves ensuring day-to-day compliance with the sales process, unblocking difficult deals, managing individual team members, and driving sales growth through the implementation of effective sales strategies

    Responsibilities:

    • Line management responsibility for the Account Executive and SDR teams
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs
    • Run with their own accounts to achieve individual sales targets
    • Improve the sales process from prospecting to renewals across both teams to improve key metrics
    • Design and own a cadence of sales governance including forecasting, pipeline management, quarterly reviews, and daily standups
    • Unblock difficult deals by providing guidance and support to AEs and SDRs
    • Set targets, ensure CRM hygiene, and review team performance through 1:1s, daily/weekly standups, and dashboards
    • Track performance against weekly targets, reporting on key KPIs and activities, and utilize fortnightly trading meetings to escalate issues
    • Collaborate with management to develop, improve, and embed sales playbooks, scripts, and sales decks
    • Help to identify and implement new sales tactics and messaging, staying ahead of industry trends.
    • Create and develop a sales stack e.g. databases, account mapping, enrichment, and scoring tools
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on sales performance and team progress

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in using structured and repeatable processes to grow and achieve sales targets
    • Previous experience in growing and developing sales teams, ideally 5+ years
    • Understanding of the key components of successful Sales, Account Management, and Sales Development
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills with empathy, exploration, and understanding
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic thinking, showcasing versatility as both a doer and a thinker
    • Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
    • Comfortable with data, deriving meaningful insights from reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities in processes
    • Demonstrable hunger for sales growth with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Willingness to travel for industry events, conferences, and trade shows
