REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a business field or AIIK/CII Diploma in Insurance
- A Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance 3+ years' experience in Bancassurance.
- Must have undewriting experience.
- Knowledge of insurance business, products and processes
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in insurance sectors.

Requirements
- A bachelor'sdegree in finance/ Banking/ Economics/Accounting or Diploma in Microfinance / Credit Management.
- At least 3 year's post qualification experience, preferably in MFIs institution.
- Knowledge of economics, financial practices and reporting of financial data.
- Knowledge of credit policies and lending SOPs.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
