    Sales Executive (Construction Sector) – Nairobi, Kenya

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads, maintaining consistent engagement to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
    • Meet prospective clients to understand their ceiling, interior finishing, renovation, or construction requirements and recommend appropriate moulding products.
    • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits where required to explain the company’s products, applications, and value proposition.
    • Prepare and follow up on quotations, product information, pricing, and other sales documentation required by prospective and existing customers.
    • Identify upcoming construction, renovation, and interior finishing projects and actively pursue opportunities to supply the company’s ceiling moulding products.
    • Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline progress, customer feedback, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Ability to prospect new customers, develop business relationships, and consistently follow up on sales opportunities.
    • Good understanding of the construction and building materials market and the ability to engage contractors, developers, architects, and other industry stakeholders.
    • Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
    • Proactive, organised, persistent, target-driven, and adaptable to the evolving needs of a start-up environment.

    Office Administrator (Finance) – Nairobi, Kenya

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and effective administrative support across the organization.
    • Support the preparation, review, and timely submission of regulatory returns, reports, statutory documentation, and other compliance requirements to the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) and relevant regulatory bodies.
    • Maintain regulatory and compliance calendars, monitor statutory deadlines, support internal compliance reviews and audits, and ensure adherence to the Retirement Benefits Act, RBA Regulations and governance requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory correspondence, licenses, statutory filings, compliance documentation, client information, and scheme records; support client onboarding and coordinate responses.
    • Coordinate the procurement of office supplies and services, maintain effective vendor relationships, and monitor service agreements, renewals, and administrative requirements.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in office administration, corporate administration, governance support, pension administration, compliance, preferably within a regulated environment.
    • Good understanding of the Retirement Benefits Act, RBA Regulations, retirement benefits schemes, with knowledge of pension or retirement benefits administration being an added advantage.
    • CIFA Part I, CPA Part I, or CISI – Regulations and Market Practice will be an added advantage.
    • Strong organizational, records management, maintain accurate documentation and compliance deadlines.
