    Executive Driver

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive keeping the road safety regulations all the time.
    • Be punctual and be at least 15 minutes to the designated time and place.
    • Display good behavior, excellent manners and helping attitude.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.
    • Arrange for vehicle care and maintenance (i.e., oil change, tire rotation, cleaning, etc.).
    • Maintain awareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports, adjusting routes as necessary to avoid delays.
    • Candidates should be attentive and available on an immediate call basis at any time including weekends.
    • Execute any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director from time to time

    Minimum Qualification

    • 3-5 years proven experience as a Driver, the last 3 years being in similar role
    • Post High school education
    • Valid driving license

    Professional Qualification & Other Competencies

    • Attended a First-Aid Certificate Course lasting not less than one (1) week at a recognized Institution
    • Passed Suitability Test for Driver
    • Valid police clearance certificate
    • A clean driving records
    • Good Vision
    • Familiarity with GPS devices
    • A polite and professional disposition
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
    • Defensive driving is an added advantage

    Technical Account/ Product Manager

    Responsibilities

    Success / Product

    • Actively engage with a small set of customers in coordination with their Customer Success Manager to provide guidance regarding product and the customer’s unique needs.
    • Become fully conversant in the existing tech stack of assigned accounts.
    • Work with customers that are integrating our solution data into their workflows via API.
    • Be part of regular operational and business review meetings with key customers to discuss any technical concerns and provide updates on product feature requests.
    • Manage feature requests for key customers and assigned accounts.

    Support

    • 1-2 hours per day handling tickets and participate in an off-hours pager rotation; this may scale up or down depending on team requirements.
    • Cover Customer Support as needed for sick days, vacation, leave, etc.

    Sales

    • This position may be requested to provide Sales-Engineer assistance on an as-needed basis.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical field.
    • Previous startup experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience working on technical issues including APIs and integrations
    • Ability to reproduce bugs in various environments (web, mobile, etc.).
    • A basic understanding of how modern web development works French speaking is a plus.
    • Familiarity with any of the following tools is a plus: Zendesk, Postman, Zapier, GitHub.
    • Familiarity with SQL is a big plus.
